Jo Swinson Opens new Eye Care practice in Bearsden

New Bearsden Optician practice opens its doors to the public.

Peter Ivins, formerly of Black and Lizars has worked in Bearsden and Milngavie for over 30 years. He is joined at Peter Ivins Eye Care by optometrist Craig McArthur, also formerly of Black and Lizars. The Bearsden optician commented “The practice aims to change how we receive eye care with our Eye Care for Life programmes. Eye Care for Life is designed to deliver the highest standards of eye care possible using the best diagnostic technology available worldwide. The hope is to change the Bearsden optician landscape and deliver our mission statement of world-class eye care locally to the people of Bearsden.”

Jo has officially opened the new Peter Ivins Eye Care practice in Bearsden.

After a long process of sorting out his building warrant, Peter Ivins’ independently funded eye care centre opened recently. Qualified for 30 years as an optometrist, with a post-graduate degree in ocular therapeutics, Peter’s practice will serve as an alternative to going to the hospital for many eye problems and conditions.
