Local independent opticians voted best in UK by Which? magazine report

Which? magazine released its report on the Best and Worst Opticians Shops 2016 and once again your local independent opticians topped the tables.  89% of nearly 8,300 Which? members stated they were satisfied and would recommend their local independent opticians for eye testing.  More than eight in 10 would recommend them for buying glasses.  Independents also outscored multiples and chains in the last Which? report of this type in 2014.

In eye testing, independents finished top in every category surveyed.  Only in categories relating to cost when buying glasses did others come ahead. Independents were the only cohort to score five stars for customer service. The results tables can be seen below.
