- Freedom to select and buy the frames we stock. Our DO’s attend top industry shows like 100% Optical, MIDO, and SILMO to find the latest high-end independent eyewear brands.
- Current brands include Lindberg, Lunor, SALT, Bevel, Tom Ford, Tom Davies, Silhouette, and Face-A-Face and many more
- Specialist paediatric dispensing and modified frames.
- A modern, well-equipped practice (yes, we have a great coffee machine!).
- No sales targets—our focus is on providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships.
Our Specialist Services
We provide some of the most advanced eye care services in Scotland, including:
✔ Scotland’s first Myopia Management clinic
✔ Scotland’s first Valeda photobiomodulation clinic (dry eye treatment)
✔ Visual Stress clinic
✔ Specialist contact lens clinic (scleral, hybrid, RGP, Ortho-K)
✔ Shared care glaucoma clinic
✔ Dry eye clinic
What We Are Looking For
- A qualified and patient-focused dispensing optician who values quality over quantity.
- Someone who enjoys working in an independent setting, where your expertise and input truly matter.
- A team player who is keen to stay up to date with the latest eyewear trends and technology.
The Benefits
- Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
- GOC fees and ABDO membership provided
- Part-time role (2-3 days per week)
- 5 weeks holiday + public holidays (pro rata)
